Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit office team. This role is at the heart of how we deliver an exceptional customer experience — you'll manage service schedules, keep our technicians running efficiently in the field, and make sure every customer interaction feels prompt and professional.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships over the phone, thrives in a busy environment with competing priorities, and takes real satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage busy, relationship-focused phone communication — both inbound and outbound — as the primary point of contact for our customers.
- Schedule, coordinate, and optimize daily service appointments for technicians.
- Route technician schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent, professional service.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issue resolution with empathy and good judgment.
- Maintain accurate customer information and service records in our CRM platform.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the broader office team.
- Collaborate daily with a small, close-knit team to keep operations running smoothly.

Required:
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent phone communication skills — comfortable, confident, and warm on calls.
- Comfortable with computers and learning new technology.
- Ability to stay organized and composed during a busy workday.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Adaptable, dependable, and genuinely excited to grow with a company that's going places.
Preferred:
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, routing, or coordinating field technicians or services.
NOTE: No pest knowledge or scheduling experience required.
